Services offered

Individual psychotherapy

The psychotherapy process generally involves two stages: 1) assessment of the issue and 2) psychotherapeutic intervention. My practice is based on an integrative approach—drawing primarily from 2nd and 3rd-wave cognitive-behavioral therapies—which I tailor to each individual’s needs and goals.

My psychotherapy are offered in an inclusive setting that is respectful of LGBTQIA+ identities and sensitive to cultural diversity.
