About me

As a clinical psychologist, I graduated from my doctorate in psychology (Psy. D. / Ph. D.) in 2021 at the University of Quebec in Montreal. Through my academic and clinical training, I have developed an expertise in assessment and intervention for a wide variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders and eating disorders. As part of my clinical training at the McGill University Health Center (MUHC), I specialized in intervention with people suffering from disorders related to traumatic events (PTSD).

I also have an expertise in working with adolescents and young adults. My doctoral thesis focused on the social experiences that young people go through during these life periods and the psychological issues associated with them.

I currently work in private practice, as well as at the multidisciplinary clinic Le Centre des Ils et des Elles, where I work with an adolescent clientele presenting various adjustment and mental health problems.

This law affects the standards of practice of health professionals, including psychologists. As a psychologist and self-employed worker, I will now have the following responsibilities in my clinical practice:

  • Enforce the Personal Information Protection law

  • Implementing personal information governance rules
  • Maintain records of disclosure of personal information
  • Notifying the Commission d’accès à l’information of any privacy incidents involving personal information
